Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you when we are providing services to you, or found in the public domain.

We often keep it for as long as you continue to use AMG Wills Limited’s services and for a reasonable time afterwards in the event you may require further services, or for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting or reporting requirements. Following that, we will dispose of your information, other than where it can be legally kept for audit or legal reasons.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
